Kremlins Cup
Le blog de Marat Safin semble lui porter chance, en effet ce dernier s'est hissé en demi-finales aprs plusieurs matchs accrochés, il y rencontrera son compatriote Kunitsyn, joueur encore méconnu qui a sorti le français Arnaud Clément en deux sets (6-4 6-2) en quart de finales.
L'autre demi-finale opposera le vétéran Fabrice Santoro face au roc Davyndenko qui se balade depuis le début du tournoi.
Marat Safin a déjà fait part de son pronostic sur son blog : "For sure Nikolay Davydenko will get to the final. Sorry for Fabrice [Santoro], but I don’t think he has much of a chance because of the way Davydenko is playing right now – he is the favorite. So it will probably be an all-Russian final and the tournament directors will be happy about it. The tournament has been great this year."
Disons que Marat Safin doit prier très fort pour que ce ne soit pas Santoro en finale face à lui, car on connait sa réussite face à la cuisine du français, 7-2 pour le français dans les confrontations.
